James will be running two isolation legs on Thursday 12th September in Surrey / London and Tuesday 24th September from Leeds to Sheffield, where he will run alone to reflect patients who are in isolation during their treatment. Look out for ways to support James on these legs. Please note, due to onward travel, if you are running the full day route with James, you will need to be able to run at 11min/mile pace.
