Paris Roubaix Challenge Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By entering the Paris-Roubaix Challenge, you agree to be bound by these terms, which may be updated or modified at any time. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

1. Entry Process: Entries must be submitted through the official weblink: https://www.cureleukaemia.co.uk/paris-roubaix-competition/ 
2. Event Details: The Paris-Roubaix Challenge will take place in Paris, Roubaix on 13th April 2025.
3. Eligibility: This prize draw is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or over.
4. Entry Deadline: All entries must be received by 21:30 GMT on Monday, 24th February 2025. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or late entries, regardless of the reason.
5. Entry Limit: Only one entry per person is permitted.
6. Winner Selection & Notification:
   • A prize draw will take place on Friday, 28th February 2025, after 12:00 GMT.
   • Winners will be contacted via the email address provided at entry by a representative of Cure Leukaemia.
   • Winners must claim their prize within 7 working days of receiving notification.
7. Unclaimed Prizes: If a winner does not claim their prize within the specified timeframe, the prize will be forfeited. The Promoter reserves the right to select a substitute winner in accordance with these terms.
8. Fundraising Commitment: Winners must commit to raising a minimum of £500 per person in fundraising by 13th April 2025, with funds supporting Cure Leukaemia.
9. Travel & Accommodation: Winners are responsible for arranging and covering the costs of their own travel and accommodation for the event.
10. Prize Availability:
    • Prizes are subject to availability.
    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to (a) substitute prizes of equal or greater value or (b) amend or cancel the promotion without prior notice.
    • No correspondence regarding prize substitutions or modifications will be entered into.
11. Data Protection: By entering, participants consent to their personal data being processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this prize draw and for any additional purposes to which they have agreed.
12. Publicity: Winners agree to participate in reasonable post-event publicity, including the use of their names in promotional materials.
13. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
    • Does not comply with these terms and conditions.
    • Acts fraudulently, dishonestly, or unfairly towards other entrants, including but not limited to vote manipulation, hacking, cheating, harassment, or deception.
14. Acceptance of Terms: By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

16. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
