Cure Leukaemia are one of four charities which will benefit from an online raffle featuring a trio of great prizes associated with Wolverhampton Wanderers star striker Raul Jimenez.
The first prize is an original painting of the Mexican international striker by Wolves’ programme cover artist Louise Cobbold, signed by Raul including an original hologram sticker and embossed stamp of authenticity.
The winner can also, subject to their availability, visit Wolves’ Compton Park training ground to receive the prize directly from the man himself.
Second prize is a signed matchworn Raul Jimenez shirt, and the third is a framed limited edition print, also signed.
Proceeds from the raffle will be shared between the same four charities which are benefitting from the auctions of Wolves matchday programme cover art this season – Cure Leukaemia, Race Against Blood Cancer, YMCA Black Country and the Good Shepherd in Wolverhampton.
The auction is the latest in a series of fundraising drives which Louise and husband Chris have spearheaded to support Cure Leukaemia.
Last year, Louise’s paintings of Wolves’ players raised almost £12,000 for the charity in a Great Big Art Auction, since when that total has been swelled by further print sales, a portrait of Beverley Knight, and a limited-edition book.
Louise was named as Cure Leukaemia’s Individual Fundraiser of the Year for 2018 at the CL Champions awards last December.

The raffle closes at 10pm on Wednesday, April 10th, and the draw for the winners will be made via Facebook Live HERE on Sunday April 14th at 9pm.
