Morrisons Great Birmingham 10K

8th April 2015

Donna Alos speaks to a group of women who are running the Morrisons Great Birmingham 10K for Cure Leukaemia

The inaugural Morrisons Great Birmingham 10K run is just weeks away and there's still time to sign up and run for Cure Leukaemia. The race takes place on Sunday May 3rd and is open to everyone, no matter what age or ability.

Here at Cure Leukaemia we are all about taking part and having FUN! The 10k will give runners a choice of musical starting waves to select from - with music from the 70s, 80s, 90s and the 00s...it promises to bring a party to the streets of Birmingham. But we're also inviting Cure Leukaemia runners to be creative with fancy dress ideas and link them to your musical starting wave!

So ladies, find those neon coloured leg warmers and gents see if you can get hold of your 80s wigs - whether it's walking, jogging or running help us bring FUN to the streets of Birmingham and at the same time, raise funds for Cure Leukaemia!
