Join Me For My Revolution!

16th September 2014

Hello, I’m Geoff Thomas, former England, Crystal Palace and Wolverhampton Wanderers footballer and Patron of blood cancer charity Cure Leukaemia. I’ve been in remission from chronic myeloid leukaemia for ten years and since then I have dedicated my time to helping more people survive blood cancer.

I’m starting a revolution. A revolution to raise £2million in two years for Cure Leukaemia so that it can continue to support Professor Charlie Craddock and his clinical teams based in the World Class Centre for Clinical Haematology at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, without whom I would not be here.

I owe my life to these people and I want to help them as they strive towards finding a cure for all blood cancers.

Join Charlie and myself for this announcement at the Birmingham offices of Deloitte in Brindley Place at 5.30pm on Thursday October 2nd. This announcement will be the biggest in Cure Leukaemia’s history and you and your business will find out how you can be a part of my revolution.

Many people have been asking me what we will be doing in 2015. Let’s just say that you will need your passport, some Euros and plenty of energy if you’d like to join me but I can assure you that they will be experiences you will never forget!

If we raise £2million, those funds will be worth £20million in potentially life-saving drugs for the 30,000 people who are diagnosed with this terrible disease in the UK every year.  The time is now for curing blood cancer. Birmingham can find a cure for blood cancer. Cure Leukaemia can help find that cure.

Join us at the start of the revolution. Please email to confirm your attendance and I look forward to seeing you there. Everyone is welcome so please invite freinds, clients and colleagues who might be interested.
