On Sunday 24th September 2017 in blood cancer awareness month, 15,000 cyclists will head out from Birmingham on an unforgettable 100 mile route on completely closed roads, through the picturesque Worcestershire and Herefordshire countryside - and Cure Leukaemia are delighted to have been chosen as one of the lead charity partners for the event in the cycling calendar.
What packages are available?
15,000 cyclists will be taking part in Velo Birmingham and general entry has now SOLD OUT however you can still join Cure Leukaemia's 600 strong team which is growing every day. If you ride for us we will make sure you are well prepared for the day itself, help you raise as much money as possible and of course, receive the best 'CL Family' treatment!
As you can see below, it will cost £40 to secure your place on the ride and all we ask in return is for a minimum of £400 in sponsorship. Every penny you raise will go towards our transformational £1m Centre Appeal this year and you can read more about this HERE.

Cure Leukaemia Cycling Jersey
As this is a new event for us too, we're going to produce a brand new, top-of-the-range cycling jersey so you look the real deal when taking on the 100 mile route. We will be investing in higher quality kit to make sure that you can wear your jersey all year round, rather than just a one off!
We would love you to cycle for Cure Leukaemia and by doing so, your fundraising will help lead the way, internationally, in the fight against the disease.
